Amelia has been in the hair industry since starting hair school at Paul Mitchell the School Esani in Roswell, Ga in 2011. After graduating she attended the Mastery learning from Lucie Doughty, the creative director for Paul Mitchell, and a 4 time NAHA winner for her editorial work. Amelia has since become a force in the industry working for the top salons in the world and top brands. She was an Artistic Team Member for Cosmoprof Beauty Supply which is the leading distributor of professional salon products. She is known for her big transformations and her famous platinum cards have received recognition from beauty powerhouses such as Modern Salon, Hairbrained, Bangstyle, and BCTV. Her editorial work has been published in Vogue Italia, Jezebel Magazine, Modern Salon, and she has styled for fashion shows such as Miami Fashion Week, Mercedes Swim for Roxy Swimwear. She was named 2019’s Top 100 stylists that were “game changers” in the industry. Her coloring techniques have been beloved by all, including celebrity clientele. She has had paid promotions from top brands such as Moroccan Oil, Matrix, Wella, Pravana, Ion, Redavid, Sexy Hair and Paul Mitchell. Her classes have been sponsored by brands such as Joico, Framar, and Framesi for her blonding and coloring techniques. She now spends her time teaching mental health and blonding techniques at national hair shows, working behind the chair, being a mother, and owning her dream salon, Process Perfect LLC.

Sean: she/her

Sean started her hair journey at the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in 2009. Since graduation, she has worked hard at making a name for herself in the local community. She constantly attends classes learning the latest trends and techniques. Sean has done styling for Privé Products at NYFW in 2016 working backstage with top designers. This creative team was assembled and led by the owner of Privé Products and Privé Academy leader, Laurent Dufourg who is a celebrity stylist whose client list includes Gweneth Paltrowe, Sharon Stone, Uma Thurman, Johnny Depp, and Paris Hilton just to name a few. Sean identifies as a color specialist specializing in anything from lived-in natural colors to bright vivid pigments. Her extensive knowledge in color theory has shaped her into a color correction master. She was the Education Manager at a top local salon where she taught classes such as color theory, the science behind hair, balayage, custom foiling and building confidence as a stylist. She was a mentor to all the new talent and those stylists are now building their own careers behind the chair thanks to her knowledge and understanding of the industry. Sean has more than 13 years of experience using Schwarzkopf Professional hair color and continues to create stunning custom colors by accepting continuing education offered by the brand for her longstanding loyalty to the company and its distribution affiliates. Sean is also a wife, mother, and the salon manager at Process Perfect Salon LLC.

Kary is our lovely assistant and she has such an amazing energy. She has been apprenticing a top local stylist for the last 2 years and is very well prepared to join our team. She wants to specialize in color services but loves every part of her craft. Her blow-dry and styling skills are top notch! She loves meeting new people and getting to connect with them is one of her favorite parts of this industry. We are so excited to have her continue her growing hair journey with us at Process Perfect Salon!
